Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. They came out and gave us the options of new parts or replacing the system. Since we had an old system we had it replaced. They installed a new furnace the very next day. They gave space heaters since we were in single digit temps outside. The techs that came out, Chris and Jesse, were professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. They explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. We also had the AC replaced since it was older than the furnace.

My furnace stopped working and i had 3 techs from 3 different companies come diagnose it. The Blue Fox tech was the most knowledgeable and even got it running again, but a cracked manifold made it unsafe to operate.
