I called Blue Fox, sometime in Jan because my furnace stopped working. The very same morning I was greeted by a local technician of theirs by the name of Justin Lane. My first thought was "this guy looks too young, why couldn't they send someone more experienced?" Gladly, I couldn't have been more wrong. In probably 15-20 minutes, this young man troubleshooted the flashing lights that I couldn't make sense of, investigated the unit and informed me of the problem. Rust had eaten away at the tubes of my heat exchanger making it unsafe to use. He was back the next day to repair the unit. It has ran right ever since. Thank you for being respectful and professional, I would recommend this service to all my friends and family.
