UPDATE: Craig and Brendan installed a new hvac system to replace our 16 year old upstairs system. Blue Fox gave the best value for the money and do negotiate, especially with previous clients. There is a reward for that. In any case, the team was professional, thorough, and Craig (seasoned and highly skilled) was really methodical. They are our go to team. ✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There is a reason they get 5 stars by almost everyone. It’s because their business model isn’t based on selling you a whole new system. Their people are actually trained and know how to repair units. We have tried getting repairs with 4 local heating and cooling companies, but never had success. Blue Fox came bc our unit wasn’t working again and actually replaced parts which all 4 previous companies told us were “obsolete” or grossly “over priced.” Blue Fox gave us a reasonable quote, repaired in swiftly, and it’s still working great. I waited for many months before writing this review to see if the repair was legit- indeed it was. Bravo for finding the only honest company in town that has integrity! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
