“I had been nursing a system that was installed in the late 70's for 25 years. It finally died-right in the middle of the most recent hot spell. The installers were backed up with multiple issues so the sales person Conner, brought window units over on loan so I didn't have to leave my house until the installers could arrive a week later. They turned up today-a Saturday and installed the new unit and grappled with my 1960s thermostat wiring for what seemed like forever. Gabe and Arlee stuck it out until the new unit was working, putting up with the still humid weather and my dog who barked at them every time the entered the house. They were great.
